At the same time you are left in no doubt that Rachel takes the legal aspects of every transaction very seriously. A person would have to go on a long search to find a more professional sales person with such a wide knowledge of all that Omokoroa encompasses.

We first met her while looking at a different house that wasn't quite right for us and she was the one who suggested we look at the place we ended up purchasing. Initially we placed numbers 55 and 57, vacant lots, with Rachel with a firm indication that number 53 would be for sale once we had moved. Soon after signing the agreement with Rachel a prospective purchaser placed an, subject to the sale of their property, offer. Rachel then organized a Residential Building Company to provide a house plan for number 55 Lynley Park Drive to show what a layout of a residence could be achieved. A few weeks later a person, with an inheritance, who knew Rachel, arrived on the scene. Rachel knew we were not far off moving, and asked if we would be willing to place our three properties on the market as one deal involving each of the three individually. We agreed, and in a matter of days all three were signed up.
