Rachel was awesome knew the property inside and out when we went through and was up front about the tenants renting the property wasn't exactly right with the move out date for the tenants but in the end it all worked out.Rachel was going above and beyond for us trying to find us accomadation till we could move in and also done an awesome job getting the settlement date earlier than expected so we could just move straight into our property once our house settles rather than stay at a hotel for a while.Rachel done a good job negotating the price of the property for us and got it where we were very happy to purchase the property .Rachel communication has been awesome right through from the showing to going unconditional and hasn't tried hide anything which impress me alot.
