Rachel worked estremely hard to market our lifestyle property. She ran open homes with a good number of prospective buyers and also viewng by appoinhtment. When we entered into negotiations with a buyer she was very thorough and professional in all her dealings. She was always well organised. We had expected a higher price but the market was quite difficult. This was a very non standard property and Rachel coped well with the issues this raised, and never lost her cool.
