Rachael was always ready with answers to any questions we had about the property, and we felt she dealt with us in not only a friendly manner, but with honesty and a genuine desire to help us through the purchase process. We are well aware that she was the vendor’s agent and not ours, but we knew we could trust her to deal with us honestly. I’m sure the vendor would say the same.
