Rachael, had a very good handle on market conditions in general, she kept us informed during the whole sales process and provided really solid and honest advise when needed. We were very happy with the price we got for our home and Rachael didn't overstate the estimate which may have set unrealistic expectations. Got a good surprise in regard to the offers made.
