We really enjoyed working with Rachael she was lovely and friendly and always professional. She gave great advice regarding presentation, marketing and pricing. She would always give full feedback after open homes both verbally and in writing and she let us know peoples comments, feedback and price expectations. We found Rachael to be really positive but also willing to give honest feedback and was realistic in price guidance. She knows the market well and the particular style of our home. She was happy to sit down and provide guidance, feedback on what was happening in the Cambridge market and was always up with the play on what buyers were looking for.
