We were impressed with Rachael's professionalism and attention to detail when she presented our initial appraisal, so did not hesitate to put the sale of our house in the hands of Proppy. After an initial buoyant house market where it looked like our house would sell quickly there was a slow down in the market. We had concerns our house wasn't selling and voiced these concerns with Rachael.
