We felt Rachael had a lot of challenges with this sale, but she did not see it that way at all. She did a lot of behind the scenes work prior to going to market and she worked with the family to get it ready for market, with some great advice. Communication was excellent and very responsive. Auction night was a great experience, with Rachael supporting us and succeeding with a sale on auction night. Due to a very short settlement period Rachael organised the decluttering of our home as we live in Christchurch. Even down to clearing the cupboards so we could physically see what needed to be packed. Great communication and nothing was a problem.

Rachael was really great to deal with. We entered the race very late and she was very accommodating at getting us through the house ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION!! All requested documentation was there, ready for us to review & sign, no problems whatsoever. I was a nervous buyer on auction night but Rachael was there every step of the way - I felt very supported.
