Worked with Rachel (and Lyneete) from Inspire selling our rental property. Always a tough sale process when the house is empty, and tenants leave small maintenance items. Rachel keept us informed of progress weekly at minimum, with reports on traffic and open homes, and was dogged in pursuing the leads that resulted from enquiries. In the end, the price was fair, and buyer and seller got a good result... and quickly too. This was important to us in the slow market, and from listing to unconditional was about a month and a half.
