Racee has truly been a superstar. Helping us through the process buying our first home. Going above and beyond in everything she has done. With her helpful kind nature we will most definitely be recommending her and the Ray White team to others. Thank you Racee, we appreciate everything you have done for us!
Racee was great! Awesome keeping us up to date with everything, easy to communicate with, such a lovely person. I'd highly recommend Racee!
My husband and I were lucky to meet Racee - we were searching for our first NZ home and Racee took the time to get to know us, what we needed and what was important to us! She took us under her wing when many of your competitor didn't appear interested! She supported us throughout our journey..from viewings at open homes, to arranging viewings around our schedule - we moved from Nelson/Tasman, liaising with us - negotiating a successful offer and corresponding with us whilst we were abroad... Racee is a fabulous individual and an awesome agent and will definitely be our go to agent for any future house sales or purchases, and we will definitely be recommending her too! A true asset to your team!
She was very efficient and incredibly positive. Nothing seems to faze her. She is up front, honest and very easy to deal with.
Racee kept us informed on potential sales and gave us good advice on the merits of each offer. We were also impressed that the house stayed actively on the market till the day it went unconditional.
An excellent agent who was prepared to keep on going to get our deal over the line.
This is the first time we have dealt with Racee. We found her to be highly motivated, hard-working, with a pleasant and amiable personality.
Hard working agent in a tough market - Matthew
