Quintin helped the reviewer sell this property

Quintin did an excellent job with the marketing material for the property. However I was disappointed with the end result and felt he was more interested in getting his commission rather than getting the best result for me.. I say this because 2 weeks after the sale of my apartment a smaller apartment one floor lower sold , through a different Real Estate Company for significantly higher price, Then more recently an identical apartment to mine, but on a LOWER level turned down an offer that was $100,000 more than my sale price,, My apartment sold at the bottom end of Quintin's appraisal range - hence my disappointment...Perhaps his market knowledge of that area of the market was not as comprehensive as I had hoped. He communicated well was polite but I felt that I was treated as a "one time Client" which is part of the industry I guess,,.. I have yet to meet him face to face - I would have thought that taking a few hours of his time to come and personally meet me should have been "high on his list" in establishing client relationships... Would I use him again - probably not - would I recommend him - probably not - would I steer people away from him - not at all.. He is "successful' and professional in what he does but didn't get the result for me that I was expecting or thought was realistically achievable.
