When we finally decided to sell our home, we decided to go with Qinghui, we liked her style and open nature and she provided much in the way of assistance and information and advise to ensure our home was ready for the market. Her persistence even when faced with a tightening and difficult market really pleased us and showed that we had made the right choice in the sale of our property. Her knowledge and skills and communication was excellent throughout. It was all in all a great experience working with her and would strongly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell or buy property.

Our sale experience with Lalit and Qinghui was initially smooth. As a Seller, I would say we didn’t have much demand as it was our first time selling our property, we mostly take what was advised from our Agent. In fact, the first day of open home, we had accepted one of the offers. The buyer had many questions which we accepted as a natural act, we have gone to normal process of selling as far as we are aware, but when the settlement is done, the buyer raised complaints of many things, ie wall sticker, carpet, cleaning etc.. which it was all present during the entire open homes and final inspection. The cleaning part ( garage) was agreed on as it was same day settlement for our new home, which they didnt give us time to do so. The 2 agents were not on our side and it caused us trouble. These experience has gave us lesson, one is that, we’re not coming to them again in the future. Apologies for being honest.
