Born and raised in Hamilton, New Zealand, Q has obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies degree at the University of Waikato, with double majors in Marketing & Human Resource management.
Prior to joining Lugton’s, Q’s has worked for dairy giant Fonterra in Auckland’s head office where he’s held several executive roles in both Global Sales and Supply chain, Q has gained a wealth of sales and customer service experience managing communications & customer expectations in global portfolio accounts in both Ingredients and Consumer foodservice across various overseas markets such as USA, UAE, Australia, and Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets.
Q speaks both Cantonese and English and prides himself on attention to detail and going the extra mile to provide positive outcomes, he believes having the right marketing and effective communication is the key to success. He is friendly and approachable and loves to connect with people from all ethnicities and cultures but also all age groups.
