Preet was always pleasant, respectful and professional and, with the support of Jane, willing to put in the effort and be available when required. Preet had to depart on leave but things were left in good hands and a successful sale of existing and purchase of our new home was completed.

When we txted or phoned he got back to use very quickly. Always very well presented and will to help at any time. We will use Preet again if we need to.

Preet is a brilliant real estate agent to have when purchasing a property. He found a property that ticked all of the boxes that we were after and was in a price range that we could afford. On top of that he helped us put together an attractive offer that in the end got us the house and was always available to answer any questions that we had with the property or with the purchasing process. Would definitely recommend using Preet as a real estate agent for making the process as straight forward as possible.

Preet was very easy to work with, very responsive, and has been a valuable resource in understanding the intricacies of buying a home. He was always well presented and accommodating of our needs. He was able to show us a variety of homes that helped us hone in what really mattered to us.

I recently bought a house with Preet’s help, and he made the whole process incredibly easy. He is very friendly, approachable, and always ready to offer good, honest advice. Preet guided me through every step with patience and clear communication, which gave me a lot of confidence as a buyer. I’m really grateful for his support and highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Always responding efficiently and resolving issues promptly, thank you.

During the sales process with Lin Ma for 117B, they were always able to resolve issues promptly, which was fantastic.

Preet assisted with my purchase at 20 Chert Street, Rolleston. The process was completed successfully, and I appreciate his support throughout.

We are very happy to have had the pleasure of working with Preet. His hard work and motivation really stood out to us, he was extremely committed to get us the best possible outcome and the result was better than we expected. He is very proactive, running a lot of open homes and bringing in people for private viewings to get as many people through the house as possible. We always felt comfortable messaging him any time and he always gave great advice. We are so grateful for his efforts and would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

I would like to thank Preet for his professionalism, accurate information, and perseverance in helping us sell our home. Working with Preet has been such a wonderful experience. Very prompt with his communication and always caters to meet the needs for his clients. Has really lived up to his amazing standards. Thanks Preet for everything you have done for us.

Preet and Logan from Harcourts were exceptional to work with. Their experience and professionalism gave me full confidence throughout the campaign, even in a quieter market. Auction day only produced one bidder, but their expertise with auctions ensured the right strategy was in place and the deal was closed smoothly. While the pre-auction turnout was disappointing due to the slower market, the final result was not. I couldn’t be happier with their guidance and the outcome achieved. I will gladly use Preet and Logan again for future sales and highly recommend them to anyone seeking trusted and skilled agents.
