Praj is the ultimate professional. He listened to my needs, spent hours sourcing properties for me and was always readily available by phone and in person. The thing that impressed me about Praj the most was that I really felt like we were a team and he genuinely wanted the best for me. He absolutely went above and beyond with his guidance ( I have just moved back from Perth and unfamiliar with today's ChCh market and sale processes/regulations) and dedication. I have been buying and selling real estate in NZ and Western Australia for more than 35 years and he is the agent I have felt most comfortable with. He even helped me measure up for my appliances after my offer had been accepted and then unloaded my car of heavy goods such as a lawnmower when he handed over my keys. Cannot speak highly enough of him.
