Poppy was also incredibly understanding, friendly, and easy to deal with, which made what can normally be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. What really stood out was how genuinely happy she was for us when everything came together. Our 6-year-old daughter was so happy when Poppy invited her to be the one to put the ‘SOLD’ sticker on the sign. You can tell she truly cares and goes above and beyond to get the best outcome.
