Working with Polly was such a pleasure. She went above and beyond with achieving our house sale. Polly had information on hand for any prospective buyer including researched info on the Dunedin flood areas to help put buyers minds at ease. Her communication was amazing, liaising with us while we were overseas to help sell our home. She had great ideas on how to market our home and whether to stage or not which I truely believe made the difference. Polly was proactive and had extensive knowledge of market trends and genuinely cared about our needs. She made the whole experience positive and we will look forward to working with her again.
