Pollie and Nina were great to work with. Pollie was very approachable with a reassuring and calming manner throughout the sales process. Would definitely recommend Pollie and Nina.
Now that it's a different market, different mindsets need to be used. Pollie read the market and managed to get a wonderful purchaser. The best sales are when both parties are happy and got good value so, well done, Pollie!
Pollie is great with her communication. We sold our rental property with Pollie and were very pleased with the process.
A friend recommended Pollie to us. Pollie was always in regular contact, keeping us updated with viewings, interest, feedback and progress. Pollie was timely and honest, which we appreciated. She was realistic in her appraisal and knew the market well. Her vast experience in the industry was evident. We had a fast sale esp. in the current market and a great price! We would recommend Pollie to everyone!
Great feel for market and followed up on all leads via Open Homes
Polly was so great to deal with, made everything easy and run smoothly. I didn't have to lift a finger. Would 100% recommend. Thanks Pollie!
