Both are most capable dealing with different generations and ethnic groups in the housing market. They are a hard working team and were very pleassnt to work with and we rate them very highly from our experience. On settlement day, Piyush had to work very hard and long into the day to resolve an unexpected difficulty to get to a successive handover and we cannot thank him enough for his exceptional work for us.

Being a clueless FHB, Piyush answered every single question of mine no matter how silly or how miscellaneous they were. There was a few hiccups in the process but Piyush was very transparent and capable. I also appreciate having no frantic follow-ups and call/message bombardments. Just simply working with me, simply working with a normal person who still has work and life to deal with outside of house hunting. Reasonable advice when needed but no pressure to act.
