Pippa was friendly, reasonably hands off, and only really got in touch when it was time to move into unconditional stage. There were a couple of errors in the purchase and sale agreement which I sorted myself or let slide. While professional in most areas she did disclose to the vendors my personal financial situation which I felt was a breach of trust.
