Great negotiator

Pip was great to work with and got us an excellent result on the sale of our property. We were slightly disappointed though with her attendance at open homes and private viewings - we had 4 open homes and 2 viewings and were sent an associate agent for each one. We are happy to make allowances for unplanned things like sickness, but once that resolved and we still had an associate it made us feel as though we weren't a priority listing. In the end, once we had an offer on the table, Pip was definitely worth working with. Her negotiation skills are strong, her communication with us throughout that part of the process was excellent, and she got us the outcome we wanted. She is friendly and approachable and continued to assist us right through until settlement day, we would choose to have Pip as an agent again if we hadn't moved out of the region.
