Knowing of Pips reputation, I went into this with very high expectations - she still managed to exceed all those expectations. She turned a complicated process into something simple and smooth, removing all stress around selling a house. Pip is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, she kept us in constant updates. I found that she went above and beyond without even being asked, this made the entire process so much easier. Any questions I had were explained to me in an easy to understand manner, she laid out everything I needed to do in a very simple format and made navigating what is usually an incredibly arduous process into a seamlessly easy transaction.
