From start to finish, Pip was outstanding from meet n greet, showing me round the property, answering every question, always available via text/email and a bonus being super responsive especially as i am deaf and cannot use the phone. Pip went out of her way to show us the home via video call as we weren’t able to get to see the house in person. She was thorough, helpful and patient as we asked a lot of questions! She also helped us understand the NZ process as we haven’t bought a property here before.
