A price was agreed upon as being realistic, especially in a falling market, and the process began. Marketing material, both print and online was first class and open homes organised. Communication was at least weekly and very honest which was appreciated. Despite the Christmas and New Year breaks we were very pleased to get a successful outcome in a couple of months at a price we were very happy to receive.
