Pier went above and beyond in all regards with his work. He kept us constantly in the loop and we must have logged at least a 100 calls to clearly discuss things along the way. When I first contemplated listing my property with Pier, I was hesitant. Previous salespeople I had spoken with told me I'd have to sell my house at a loss and not to expect much. Thankfully, Pier eased my concerns from our very first meeting.
