As we lived across the other side of the North Island, the times we did spend with Phillipa were very satisfying. Her manner is lovely and casual, putting you at ease straight away. She sat with us and went through our options, answered our many questions with ease, and once we returned home, kept in constant touch about how the sale was going on our house and the updates on the home we had chosen through her. As FHB’s we had had enough of looking and not standing a chance towards all the investors ect. Phillipa got my (giving up) attitude head on and she talked to me like I was a person and she really made me feel like my partner and I had a chance. Fast forward 2 offers and 6 months later after meeting Phillipa, we finally get to pick up our keys to our new home! Phillipa was incredible with allll of our questions and worked around my shifts to help us get to where we are. True dedication and we couldn’t be more grateful!!

Philippa was one of two agents we chose to appraise our property. Both were given a short time frame and equal opportunities. Philippa came well prepared, with relevant written, and pictorial information about pricing of recent, similar property sales nearby. She was enthusiastic and complimentary about our property, noting details of the extra, sometimes overlooked features our property had, such as double glazing, heat transfer systemand a new roof. We discussed pricing range and formats for marketing our property, but also waited for feedback from her colleagues when they came through. Photos were taken and a blurb was written. We settled on a pricing regime and advertising details Throughout the selling process Philippa communicated regularly, with full updates from Open Home and individual viewings. When it came time for the final negotiations we were able to settle for a price with which we were happy. Paperwork was completed and we now look forward to moving on.
