His pricing of the units was spot on, with our estimate of what we thought they were worth. He came up with a good plan for marketing them, it worked very well the back one sold in two weeks the front took six in a falling market we thought that was excellent. The staging of the units was great it makes all the difference. We have just signed up with Phil to sell our life style block
