Philippa was fully committed to selling our property from the beginning. From supplying furniture, to helping dress the property, through to communications with tenants and holding open homes every weekend. Our sale negotiations were lengthy and she approached every interaction with positivity. She did a great job!

Philippa felt highly trustworthy and simultaneously professional and kind. We really appreciated how knowledgeable she was and also how she guided us throughout the process of buying our first home. We felt supported every step of the way and safe with her experience and down to earth manner.

Philippa is a fantastic Tairua-based sales manager to work with. She truly understands the intricacies of the Tairua property market and expertly guided us through the process. Philippa provided home-staging services that significantly enhanced our home's appeal. Her unwavering commitment resulted in numerous viewings, ultimately leading to a successful sale. Thank you again, Philippa, for your exceptional support and dedication.

Philippa was the agent in a recent house purchase. She was friendly, efficient and professional throughout. Philippa is continuing to be helpful as we move towards the move-in phase.

Right from the start we knew we had chosen the right agent for us. Philippa helped us stage our property for sale and it looked fabulous. The market was very slow. But that didn't deter Philippa. She held regular open homes, kept lines of communication open and was open to looking at different ways to market our property. Philippa is very good at keeping in touch with any potential buyers and it was this particular attention to detail that got us over the line in the end. Thank you Philippa and thank you for finding our new home so quickly!

Philippa’s unwavering dedication and commitment to get my property sold was second to none. She always went the extra mile, was readily available and proactive. Philippa demonstrated profound market knowledge in Tairua. Her tireless work ethic ensured a successful sale. I wholeheartedly recommend Philippa to anyone seeking a reliable real estate agent in Tairua.

Philippa has a great market knowledge and professional approach. We have found her to be clear in communication, respectful, honest and trustworthy in character. She has been focused and creative in working a complicated situation, working hard with several Parties to get us both a sale and a purchase, within a tight timeframe. We definitely recommend Philippa if you ever need an Agent, and would use her expertise again ourselves.

We dealt with Philippa and Jo on purchasing a property. Most of our day to day interaction was with Jo. Overall, very pleased with the professionalism shown and the positive, solution focused approach. There was never an issue with communications and all interaction was timely. My wife and I are very satisfied with the service we received and have no hesitation in recommending the team to others.

Philippa was highly professional, great communication and delivered a great result.

We enjoyed buying through Philippa .Her local knowledge made accessing information relatively harmless. While always looking after her client's interests ,she showed compassion mixed with professionalism in her dealings with us ; the potential buyer. Thoroughly enjoyed the actual buying experience due to Philippa's " going the extra yard " .

Philippa worked hard to sell our property and was successful with a great buyer. Our property was a difficult proposition to sell as it had a partly constructed house on it and some remedial work required to an existing retaining wall. Philippa was always helpful and cheerful and found the right buyer for us. We highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or purchase property in the Tairua area.

Philippa took on the challenge of selling a quirky house with enthusiasm and energy. Even when it was off the market due to renovations Philippa was still aware of opportunities to suggest this house to buyers resulting in the sale of this house. Thank you Philippa for persevering while I had my focus in another direction.
