We loved working with Phil. He not only knows the Christchurch property market better than anyone, but has a keen eye for detail and an amazing understanding of the psychology of property investing. He also manages the line between being both professional and personable very well. Cannot recommend him more. He helped us navigate the market in 2020 when we bought for the first time, and then the 'sell side' in 2022 when we had to move due to work. Both experiences were equally positive.
