Phil came recommended to us by a trusted friend, and from the get go we found him to be personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the market, and everything to do with selling a properly. He is also the most hardworking real estate agent I've ever had dealings with; willing to stay up late for zoom meetings in multiple timezones, and able to deal with the complexities that come with a seller living abroad. He was always positive, at the same time as being realistic, and did a lot of work behind the scenes other estate agents have not done, staying interested and involved at every stage of proceedings to make sure everything went smoothly with the sale. Often when I thought I had to do something he would say 'don't worry, I've already done it!' This is why I've titled this 'goes above and beyond'. He sold our property in a really difficult market.
