We were selling a house that belonged to our recently deceased Dad. It had great sentimental value and it was a difficult decision it sell it. Kim and Phil made it easy to work with them, as they always kept in contact and provided updates. They both were very patient in interactions with my elderly father and would take the time to explain things so he understood. When people would ask to view the property they made sure to accommodate them, and give us as much notice as possible. Kim or Phil were very reliable and if they said they would do something it would get done in a timely fashion. Phil and Kim were super helpful in our search for a home in Tauranga. I met them at an open home and they got in touch afterwards to see if they could help us. I would fly up from Wellington for the day and Kim picked me up and drove me around a bunch of houses, having organised them all in advance.
