Right from the start, I found Phil to be punctual, positive and he obviously knew his market. He advised me of changes he thought would be helpful in selling the property. He was very kind and respectful to me as a newly widowed woman. He was encouraging and patient through the whole process. The end price was the best I could have hoped for.
