Great experience

Phil did a great job over the whole process. We had a few challenges with delays with our bank, but he remined calm and helpful through this phase. He did a brilliant job through the negotiation process, and we felt his feedback was fair and reasonable. Really, made the whole experience less stressful and we are grateful to him for that.
