I have bought and sold many houses over the years with many agents and I can without hesitation say that Peter Ware is the best. His marketing, communication and dedication to the job was outstanding ensuring that I got the best possible result. I therefore highly recommend him if you are thinking of listing your home for sale.
Peter was fantastic. Very easy to deal with and great at communicating the process of buying a house. Peter had a tremendous amount of knowledge and made the journey much easier. Thanks so much for your efforts!
Despite a range of unusual aspects to the sale of my deceased mother's two units, Peter was knowledgeable, helpful and diligent from the outset. He has a very genuine and pleasant manner and knows the local market very well. He was positive about the prospects of a good outcome despite the challenging market conditions of recent months, and this has been borne out with a good level of interest, and the sale of both units within the range Peter predicted.
Peter helped me purchase my very first home and he was the best person to have on the team as he was very helpful, understanding and persistent. Any obstacles that came forth, Peter was there with the solution. Any questions that came forth, Peter was there with the answers. I am veryful grateful Peter was present in my journey and his advice on the market and communication was beyond excellent, thank you Peter!
Peter is an awesome agent. Very responsive and has helped me get my little house. He's been great to deal with in answering his phone, working around my times and just being a friendly guy. Can't recommend him more.
From the start of putting our house on the market right till the day it sold, Peter was always there to help and answer questions and solve any problems. He is very genuine and sincere and worked very hard on our sale.
I found Peter Ware to be an agent extraordinaire. From our initial appointment, he explained the issues in an extremely difficult market and did not avoid the pitfalls that were lurking. I valued his insights and judgements which were freely given. He certainly knows the local market and real estate regulations. He proved to be politely tenacious and worked hard at turning interested viewers into valued prospects. Peter Ware impressed me with his honesty, commitment and knowledge. I have already recommended him to friends.
Peter Ware is not only a fantastic agent to deal with but also a genuine overall good bloke! Buying a house is a very stressful time in general and when you throw a separation in the mix things can get messy. This is were Peter shone above and beyond the clouds. It's the little things that really matter, weather is was helping me unload a truckload of boxes on a miserable day, lending a crescent amongst the chaos of moving day, to bringing me a pizza for dinner when I was exhausted afterwards - the man is a living legend. Peter also won over my little girls heart when he left the Tiger picture she was fond of, in her room as a surprise. Peter you made us feel like your family, rather that just another client. It was a seamless process and also proficiently professional in the way you conducted business. So thank you for everything Peter, 100% hands down the best agent in town.
We had a great experience with Peter and found him to be very personable. He very prompt and professional in all of his communications with us. He really went above and beyond on a number of occasions. As a first home buyer, Peter made the whole process very easy and helped take away a lot of the stress. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter.
We listed with Peter few times, in 2008 in the depression, when nothing moved, and now again in the middle of a pandemic. I'm really happy that the house is sold and everyone can continue to move forward in the direction of their dreams. Thank you Peter!!!
Not only was Peter very professional in his dealings with us, but he also has gained a lot of respect from us for all the extra time and effort he put into selling our home. Nothing was too bothersome or inconvenient. He provided a quality service and was very caring and respectful. We would highly recommend Peter to anyone buying or selling their home.
You could not ask for a better Real Estate Agent than Peter. He went above and beyond to make sure that both the vendor and the purchaser (us) were informed and happy every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your next house in the beautiful Kapiti Coast. He is a total delight to work with.
