They were very realistic about the property and the purchase, and worked quickly and with real attention to detail to provide all information needed. This gave us real peace of mind as we are new to the buying process. They have very credible knowledge of the local area and were very helpful without being pushy, which again, for us as first home buyers, we value highly!
