Pete has been in the area for a very long time. He has a great reputation and is all over the real estate in the area, He does not soft soap the properties that he sells. Just tells it how it is.

By the time Murray took leave we were comfortable with the change of baton and felt we were dealt with informatively in a positive and relaxed way just prior to and during auction negotiations.
