Both provided excellent service and contacts for building inspection, repair work, property manager etc. Most importantly I felt I could trust them and even though they were paid by the seller, it felt they were working for me as the buyer. When I came to inspect the property, I was met at the property and given a walk through as expected, but being from out of town I was given a ride to the airport, which was much appreciated.
