We bought our property using Peter back in 2015. At that time, he took us around 10 properties (in a day) to find an investment property that felt right for us. Before we had even looked, he put us in contact with a local property manager we could talk to, to help us assess the rental potential of our short list. We used Peter again in 2025 when we decided we no longer wanted to be "out of town" landlords. There were lots of unexpected bumps in the road during the sale process, mostly to do with leaky pipes in an untenanted house, which could have been very stressful. Peter was great putting us in touch with local tradies we could trust and who, by name dropping Peter, were willing to rearrange their work to help us out. He also provided some good advice around preparing the property for sale, which we think made a difference in a sluggish market. Peter also kept us regularly updated on levels of interest and put on extra open homes towards the end of the tender period. We would recommend Peter.
