Peter is a gentleman who quietly and diligently goes about his good work.

It was an awful time to sell with stupidly low offers from people trying to take advantage of a flatline housing market. Peter did his best in a difficult environment. People don't value the work and effort put into house improvements or the value of homeowners who have taken good care of their homes. It was brutal to be honest. The auctioneer was dismissive and arrogant, he raced through details/locations of houses $1.5m or lower value - a disappointing experience for a homeowner and not one I will repeat.
