All went smoothly with the sale of my Aunts house. Tall Poppy fees seemed to be cheaper than other Realestates and covered appropriate advertising. It was my first time selling and with the added responsibilities of being an executor (jointly) and both of us executors living far away Peter was very helpful in organizing cleaning of house and the presentation of the house. He is local and has the contacts and experience.
