I engaged Peter to sell my mum's home. It was a trying time for her as she expected to stay in her house, that she designed herself, until the end. Unfortunately, circumstances required she move into a care home. Both Peter and his colleague Dee treated her with patience and respect. As her EPoA, I was the primary contact and after meeting with Peter, I left shortly for home in the US. Therefore, for the majority of the sale process, I was overseas. Despite the distance, everything went smoothly, and I had every confidence Peter could handle any issues that might arise. Communication was excellent, and Peter stepped up to help me arrange for someone to clean out my mum's house and arranged for a key to be delivered to and collected from the plumber in order to winterize the property. Being so far away, the weekly updates were invaluable to staying informed with the entire process. Having a Tall Poppy account made signing documents a breeze and kept me abreast of each selling stage. Peter knew when to adjust the sales price which resulted in an almost immediate offer over the asking price. I highly recommend Peter for your home buying and selling needs.
