Job done in tough economic times

Peter (& Dee) helped secure the sale of our two sections for fair & respectable sums amidst an economic downturn. They worked well together and, in one another's absence, bringing sales to fruition in a professional manor. It took a little while in arguably challenging market time, but with them we were able to settle ahead of other local available land offerings, and in doing so remove the heavy financial burden our subdivision weighed on our shoulders. We are very grateful to them both for assisting us move the sections we created to two wonderful new owners. We would recommend them to any seller and would use their services again if ever the opportunity arise. (Note: Peter has now been involved in the sale of a total of three sections of ours over the last 5 years). Thank you.
