This is the second time we have use Peter to sell our home, and the second time we think a record was broken in our suburb (for the type and age of home). We met Peter about a year ago when he sold a property near us and also was recommended by a friend ,he kept in contact since then knowing we would be selling in the near future He came through the house and gave us info on how to stage it and what we needed to do He then came back two weeks later and was very impressed as we had done everything he suggested. Even after approximately 7 shifts over the years my lawyer and I agree there is real change in the industry. One of these is that agents now get a percentage of the sale of the next house if they have recommended. This has brought real negativity for me. There is often the expression "persistent" but for me this has often meant "pushy" but not with Peter. After initially not buying something he showed me, for months he just sent the automated list for sale, something most do not do, and I either rejected or in the final case accepted. He was good to work with, worked well with my lawyer and listened and was not "pushy". Good work, good result. Would recommend.
