Peter has a down to earth personality and took the time to listen to what my objectives were to sell the property under the circumstances (Deceased Estate). His market knowledge and expectations proved to be very accurate and his professionalism and punctuality when dealing with any on-site issues and or communication was excellent. It was an absolute pleasure working with Peter throughout the sales process and I strongly recommend his services to any prospective clients.

Peter Colville made buying our property a hassle free & pleasant experience. Even took us on a quick tour around the area to point out community places. Took his time to show us the property & answered questions we had. His communication was always great & his after sale service has been exceptional as he has been available to ask further questions about the home. Would highly recommend his services. Thank You

Peter navigated us through a rapidly changing market to get an excellent result on the sale of our property. Peter exercised quick and clear communication through the process and also lined up the purchase of our next property seamlessly. We had considered trying to sell privately, but we quickly realised that we definitely would not have had the outcome that we did without Peter's guidance and expertise! Peter made it all come together. Thanks Peter!

Peter was a very friendly and communicative real estate agent. He was knowledgeable about the market and gave us good advice about the process. Peter is very professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We had a very positive experience with Peter as our real estate agent in the process of selling our property. As the current economic situation and the turbulent hosing market we were lucky to be engaged with Peter, who always provided very realistic and strategic ideas to maximize our chances to sell our property in this difficult times. He was an expert not only the housing market moves but also on the other aspects of property sales including good advises to have our property more visible and presentable. Overall, we received what we needed within a workable time frame. We highly recommend him as a partner in property businesses. Thank you!
