Peter delivered a good result for us. Our house was a high value property that required significant remedial works, ( which were fully disclosed ). This reduced the number of interested buyers and created real challenges for the agent in a rapidly cooling market. Peter's perseverance and problem solving skills got a difficult sale over the finish line.
