So Pete is a Very Hard worker, all for us, which made us feel happy as being 1st home sale of our house in 36yrs. Love how he keeps in touch with us, either by phone or visits weekly. Our experience with Pete was literally epic. We have been fortunate enough to work with Pete both as purchasers and vendors. In both instances Pete has been absolutely brilliant and has become someone I consider a friend. When purchasing our first rental 5 years ago, we were very nervous as we had been shafted by very negative experiences with other agents and developers. Pete made the process one that we could understand, he was clear and honest, and as the 5 years have proven he was absolutely correct in his estimation of what this rental property would do. During our time owning the property, Pete put us into contact with brilliant property managers, came to my rescue when things went down hill, and was always open to offer advice.
