When I first meet Penelope I was at total ease, I'd had a very tuff and emotional few months, which poor Penelope had deal with till the keys were handed over! But I felt so comfortable with her from the beginning, she told me about herself and explained what the company was about and how they worked, it was so clear and simple to understand, and I signed within a hour. She always had the biggest smile and never failed to say we'll get this place sold! She had quite a task on her hands as the house was falling down and wasn't the easiest to get hold of by phone or email , hiding away in my emotional burrow.
