Penelope worked tirelessly to sell my property. She would follow up on all the people who attended the open homes and kept me informed at all stages. She was very pleasant and professional. I had a couple of urgent maintenance problems with the property and she was able to assist me with her contacts to fix these problems, for which I was very grateful.
