I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Pauline as our agent. We recently sold a property that was similar to this one, located next to it, both built by the same builder. However, despite three months of marketing, Pauline managed to sell our property for $350,000 less than the neighboring property. This outcome is highly disappointing, as we expected our agent to negotiate and market the property effectively to achieve a fair and competitive price. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and we feel that we were let down by Pauline's performance. We sincerely hope that Pauline takes this feedback constructively and improves her approach in helping clients achieve successful and satisfactory sales in the future.

We bought a house recently through Pauline and were so happy with the service she provided during the purchase process that we then listed our house for sale with her having successfully purchased the first house. Her level of service/follow-up and attention to detail is outstanding. Pauline has now sold two houses for us in Royal Oak and Lynfield. Pauline was proactive in contacting us when we were in Royal Oak. Although we were going to sell our Royal Oak property, we were going to wait until the end of the year. We did tell her that if we got the right price, we would sell. We told her what we wanted and she delivered for us at the asking price. She has always been energetic, hardworking and very pleasant to deal with. She always kept us in the loop. Again, Pauline was proactive in contacting us regarding our rental property in Lynfield. Under extremely difficult circumstances and a dropping market, Pauline came to us with an offer that was acceptable. It did take some to get to this point. Pauline worked tirelessly during this time. She had many challenges from the tenants and a next-door neighbor, she never gave up. We would thoroughly recommend Pauline to anyone who is wanting to sell their property.

Pauline worked tirelessly throughout the period preparing our house for sale as well as during the marketing phase leading up to the auction date. As an example she helped identify service suppliers to prepare the house for sale. She is a great listener , very personable and an excellent communicator. She was quick to text us after open homes to let us know how many people had been through and also met with us personally regularly to provide an update. She was also very good at notifying us when bringing people through at other times during the week outside open homes. In reporting progress each week of the marketing campaign she did so in person as well as in email and is very fastidious in taking notes of all potential customers. When we received word that a pre-auction offer might eventuate, she fully explained the process in simple terms and steered us through the stages of the negotiation that culminated in an acceptable offer. This offer resulted in an advanced auction and she did a wonderfully thorough job along with her colleagues in chasing up all leads to attend that auction which yielded an even better result for us. Pauline is a very competent agent, well supported by her very nice husband who helps out occasionally ; we would recommend her.

Pauline was very professional and brought a good mix of possible buyers through, always keeping us informed of what was happening. When we went back on the market after restrictions moved to level 2 (due to Covid 19) it did not take long for Pauline (and Geoff) to find the right buyer for our house and within 10 days we had an offer we were happy to accept. At all times they made sure we were well informed of all the changes and comments from possible buyers. We would be happy to recommend both Pauline and Geoff to any prospective sellers or buyers as they are the ultimate professionals and really go the extra mile while making sure what can be stressful as easy as possible.
