We had an excellent experience with Paula when selling our home. She provided us with lots of up to date market information, and guided us to make informed decisions. Her reports were valuable in tracking how marketing was progressing and the interest in our property. Paula was warm, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home. Top agent, thanks for all your hard work Paula!
Nothing was to much trouble for Paula. Always answered my queries within a very timely manner with professionalism
Paula kept us abreast of any issues affecting our sale and purchase.she immediately selected our eventual buyers as significant the day they first appeared which showed good sales instincts.on the other side she had to contend with difficult vendors which she managed professionally but we could see was very upsetting to her personally at times.i have no hesitation recommending Paula as agent for real estate sales .
We found Paula to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the local market. She had good feel for the serious buyers a d didn't give us any false hopes so we were confide t when she had offers to present to us.i would happily work with Paula again.
Paula Tuhaka was instrumental in securing our home in Pokeno, which we are loving. Negotiations proved difficult but Paula remained calm and was most helpful in a stressful situation. She kept us well informed and was professional and respectful at all times. Paula is a true asset to the Barfoot & Thompson team! Would definitely contact Paula again if we should sell, but hopefully not for a long time!
was truly exceptional. I met them (Paula and Rachael) at a an open home at Pokeno area. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainier for me to work with them since I was set on buying in Pokeno and I’m so thankful I did.
I found Paula and her team a pleasure to deal with all the way through the process of the sale of my house. She has a wealth of market knowledge, particularly here at Port Waikato and the region in general. I felt she often went above and beyond what would be expected, offering excellent suggestions, expedient communication, never pushy, and always such a pleasure to deal with. I knew she had my best interests at heart and I would highly recommend her.
Paula was outstanding to deal with when selling one of our properties. From the outset she advised us on all the options available to us and the pros and cons of each. She offered valuable market insight on the local area, and never pressured us in any way. We found her brilliant to deal with and always felt she kept us informed as to how the marketing and open homes were progressing. We were happy with the outcome and would recommend her to others looking to sell.
A great experience and would definitely use Paula again. Great knowledge and advice which helped our sale
Our experience with Paula and Luke Tuhaka has been prompt and sufficient with appointments made. They have both been supportive and understanding to communicate with. There has always been transparency through the whole process and I would recommend them again or to anyone.
